Refund / Exhange Policy
1. No refund only exhange: There is No refund for any product, Only exhange is available, only if it meets our terms and conditions.
2. Applicable term for exhange: We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase(s). We double check all items for defects prior to shipping. *If you receive an item(s) that is defective or different from your original order, we will exchange the item(s) for the original item(s) ordered or an item(s) of equal or similar value. All exchanges must be postmarked within 24 hours of your receipt or final bill issued during shipping of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange. Exchanges made after 24 hours of receipt, will NOT be accepted.
3. No reverse shipping: Please email us at email@example.com if you recieve any defective product with sample images.
Please include the invoice number along with nature of the defect in your exchange package.
Exchanges must be sent via Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Exchange packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise, and must include tracking or delivery confirmation. Kohar by Kanika is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
